Although, you may use the space as rented and order from the Casella menu, we are prepared to outsource any aspects you wish. We facilitate outside professionals needs for custom party planning upon request.

Exclusive use of the schoolhouse classroom is $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum plus gratuity for your stewards.

Other exclusive use areas:

Lower Deck - $200/day

Stage - $200/day

Terrace - $200/day

Valet parking service - The cost is $400 plus gratuity. For events with over 80 guests, valet parking services must be included.
